High Criteria Inc. provides various levels of support options for our customer base. Support may be covered in your product purchase or through the purchase of after-sale support offerings. Please see your license agreement for details regarding your level of support.
Users who have a support agreement should direct non-urgent matters to us by email at support@LibertyRecording.com. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the problem that you have encountered. We will make our best efforts to reply to such emails within the next business day. Be sure to specify the product you are asking about in the subject line of your email and please include any error messages and diagnositc details that may be available.
Telephone support is also available under some support option plans. Please contact us by phone if you have an urgent matter and are covered by a telephone support plan. See our contact information page for telephone number details.
Questions about lost license keys may be directed to our support email address. Regardless of circumstances, license key information will not be provided to anyone over the phone.
