June 18, 2024 High Criteria Inc. Announces the Immediate Availability of Live Streaming Services Imbedded into The Liberty Court Recorder. High Criteria Inc, a world leader in computer audio / video recording systems, today announced the immediate availability of Live Streaming Services integrated directly into Liberty Court Recorder. The Liberty Court Recorder is a digital recording application that runs on a PC and captures the audio and video of the proceedings directly onto the computer hard-drive. The Liberty Recorder now offers a variety of integrated live streaming options, including live streaming to a media server provided by an account, or live streaming to a media server provided by Liberty Recording. Media servers provided by Liberty Recording are usually hosted in the cloud and in turn provide access to the live stream to a large number of users based across the Internet. Providing a live stream of the court proceedings across the Internet opens the courtroom and allows the public to watch and listen to proceedings with almost any cellphone, tablet or computer. Opening the courtroom in such a manner brings a new transparency to the proceedings and eliminates ad hoc staff efforts to provide access for members of the press or other interested parties. Live streaming from the Liberty Recorder PC eliminates the extra hardware components, network cabling and associated cables usually required to create and send a stream. When used with the optional media server subscription, the Liberty Recorder offers a one-stop solution to a courtroom's streaming requirements. Hosted media server solutions are available on a subscription basis from Liberty Recording.
