General Support High Criteria Inc. provides various levels of support options for our customer base. Support may be covered in your product purchase or through the purchase of after-sale support offerings. Please see your license agreement for details regarding your level of support. Users who have a support agreement should direct non-urgent matters to us by email at support@LibertyRecording.com. Please be sure to include a detailed description of the problem that you have encountered. We will make our best efforts to reply to such emails within the next business day. Be sure to specify the product you are asking about in the subject line of your email and please include any error messages and diagnositc details that may be available. Telephone support is also available under some support option plans. Please contact us by phone if you have an urgent matter and are covered by a telephone support plan. Regardless of circumstances, license key information will not be provided to anyone over the phone. Support for Liberty Recorder under Windows 10 High Criteria is a software development company and is the owner of the popular Liberty Recorder application which has a major share in the courtroom recording market space. High Criteria has released its latest version of the recorder, Liberty Recorder V7.4 and declares support for this new release on Windows 10, and on all updates for a period of at least five years from the release date. During the first year after purchase, all updates and support are complimentary for the licensed product. High Criteria also declares the availability of additional years of extended support where customers can purchase updates and support. Beyond the extended support end date this product version may or may not be supported. High Criteria will also release updates to the Liberty Recorder as necessary and independent of the Windows product releases. |
